Product Tip: What to do when you’re unable to view the form in a shared report in Kissflow process

As a Process admin, you can share a report and customize permissions for every member who has access to the report. By default, all the permissions are turned off for a member for security and privacy reasons.

However, if a member can see the list of all the items and you want to grant permission for the member to open the report, then go to More option in the report > Share > More option > edit the user's Permissions settings to View form. This will enable the member to view the form.
