Upcoming enhancements to improve your accessibility experience

We’re excited to announce some upcoming changes designed to enhance your accessibility and streamline your workflow management.

1. A new dedicated page for key menus

To make navigation easier and more intuitive on the home page of each flow, we’re introducing a newly dedicated Manage page to provide you with everything to develop and manage your flow, all in a single place. As a result, the following menus will move out of the More options menu (top right corner) to the new Manage page:

  • Settings

  • Audit log

  • Document templates (for processes alone)

  • External data objects (for apps alone)

Previously part of the settings page, Security will now be a separate widget under the Manage page, allowing for quicker access and easier management.

2. Associated flows and integrations

We’re adding two new widgets to the Manage page, allowing you to quickly view and access the looked-up and connected flows related to your flow, as well as the integrations that utilize it.

3. Improvements in the 'Managed by me' tab

Left navigation addition: We’ve introduced a new left navigation pane to help you quickly filter and find your flows.

Integrations: We’ve added a dedicated section for integrations where you can manage your integrations.

4. Relocated integrations

Integrations will no longer be accessible via your profile in the top right corner.

Post changes, all the integrations will be accessible from the Managed by me tab inside the explorer. To create an integration, go to Create > Integration, or go to Explorer > Create.

5. Relocated ‘Edit’ buttons in processes, boards, and apps

The Edit button on the home page of processes, boards, and apps will be relocated to the new Manage page.

6. Availability of lists inside ‘Explorer’

Kissflow lists will be available under the Managed by me tab inside Explorer so that you can view all the lists you manage in one place.

These changes are scheduled to roll out in the middle of November 2024.

We hope these updates will enhance your overall experience and help you manage your flows seamlessly.

Stay tuned for the update, and as always, feel free to reach out to us in the comments section if you have any questions.
