Introducing Data Backup in Kissflow

Hello everyone,

We're excited to announce that Kissflow now offers a new Data Backup feature! We understand the challenges of managing data backup, and this new feature empowers you to control it yourself. However, please note that while this feature allows for comprehensive backup options, it does not currently support automated backup scheduling.

As a Super Admin, you can effortlessly take a data backup of your account and related data within the Account Administration section. Gain insights into the last backup details, including who initiated the backup, the modules or data covered, the timestamp, and the specific storage destination.

Choose from various backup options, allowing you to selectively backup Transactional Data, User & Group Data, File Attachments, and Audit logs (with a customizable time period).

Let's consider an example: 

Bucky, who oversees data security at Stark Corporation, takes data backup for User and Group Data in Kissflow. This ensures the preservation of critical information, including data related to user additions, deactivations, deletions, and group creation and maintenance activities.

To ensure timely capture of system changes, Bucky manually backs up data once every six months, with Google Drive as the storage option. This facilitates convenient storage and managing all pertinent user and group management data within Kissflow.
