Product Tip: How to activate an inactive user in your Kissflow account

Here’s how you can activate an inactive user in your Kissflow account:

Click on your profile picture > Account administration > User management > Manage users > Click on Inactive users > Select the checkbox of the user and click Activate user(s). The user count is automatically updated in the Active users tile.

Note: Only a Super Admin and User Admin can access the User management system.
