Coming soon: Customizable homepage using widgets

We’re introducing a brand-new way to personalize your homepage. With a dynamic, drag-and-drop grid, you can now arrange widgets to create a view that works best for you. From items in your queue, user approvals to quick stats and reports, your homepage becomes your bespoke dashboard.

What’s new

• Default homepage update: The homepage now includes Tagged comments and My to-do, in addition to the existing Items in your queue, Items created by me, and Recently accessed.
• Widget gallery with drag-and-drop layout: Browse the Widget gallery and add widgets that matter to you. Rearrange them with an easy drag-and-drop interface to build your own homepage view.
• AI auto suggest and pre-configured widgets: Some widgets need manual configuration (like Items in your queue to a specific flow). Instead of doing this step by step, use the AI assistant to suggest widgets or pre-configured widgets for your needs. Just type what you want, like, Chart report from leave management, and it’s ready to use.
• Dynamic and customizable widgets: Whether it’s items due today, recently accessed or reports, you can prioritize widgets that give you quick access to the information you use most.

What’s changed

The homepage is no longer a fixed view. Users can now customize their homepage to focus on widgets that are most relevant to them.
