Product Tip: How to rename a form action button name in Kissflow

Let's say you have a Department Head Approval step. The default action name is Submit. But you would like the action to say Approve because this is more relevant to the person acting on this step. 

To change the action name, go to Permissions, choose the workflow step from the left pane and scroll to the end. Under Configure actions, hover over the action you wish to rename and click Advanced. 

You can change the name to one of the options in the dropdown list or click Custom and enter a new name. You can rename the actions in a different language.
