Product Tip: What does a suspended step mean in a Kissflow process workflow?
While working on a process item, you may witness the term Suspended in a particular workflow step. A workflow step that has previously been present in the workflow but deleted later will appear as Suspended. Only an ongoing item in the in-progress state, when deleted, will be termed suspended.
In the image shown below, the Asset provisioning step was present in the workflow but deleted later. Hence, the step has been termed as Suspended.
To solve this, the Process Admin can reassign the workflow step to themselves and submit the form again.
