Upcoming changes: A revamped PDF template editor

We're excited to give you a sneak peek into some significant enhancements we've been working on for our PDF template editor, a vital part of our Integrations that allows you to generate PDF copies of Kissflow Process forms.

What's changing?

In a few weeks, you'll see several improvements that address issues you may have encountered while generating PDFs. The new update will ensure that the PDFs you generate replicate the template you've set in the editor. Here's what you can look forward to:

• Improved text area field alignment: We've resolved the alignment and positioning issues with the Text area field that were caused by tabs or spaces. You can use this field without experiencing any line break problems.
• Responsive blockquotes field: The previously unresponsive Blockquotes field is now fixed. When specified in the template editor, the Blockquotes field will reflect in the final PDF with the appropriate formatting.
• Optional user field: The user field will no longer be mandatory to generate PDFs. You can obtain PDFs of the processed forms even if the user field is empty.
• Correct Thai letter depiction: We've fixed the problems with rendering certain Thai letters, which previously resulted in incorrect output.

What's new?

We're also introducing new elements to the PDF template editor:

• New fonts: We're adding support for 30 new fonts, including PT Serif, Open Sans, and Playfair Display.
• Image field support: We're introducing support for the image field in the header and footer of the PDF template editor.
