Set Daily Reminders With the Scheduler Connector in Kissflow Integrations

 The scheduler is a built-in Kissflow connector that schedules an integration trigger run at a specific interval. Integration runs are typically only executed when a trigger event occurs in a connector. You can use scheduler triggers every day, weekly, monthly, or yearly.

 

To set up the Scheduler connector, 

• Go to My profile > Integrations > +New integration and create a new integration. 

• Select Schedule by Kissflow under +Add a trigger and choose to schedule daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly. 

To schedule: 

• Daily - Choose the exact hour for each occurrence.

• Weekly - Choose specific days of the week and specify the hour of the day for each occurrence.

• Monthly - Choose a start date, the day of the month, and specify the hour of the day for each occurrence.

• Yearly - Choose a start date, the month, and the day of the month, and specify the hour of the day for each occurrence.

How does it work? 
Sarah is responsible for approving vendor invoices for translation in the finance team. As she deals with multiple vendors, she handles multiple items for approval daily, sometimes leading to delays in timely approval. Sarah has set up a reminder using the scheduler connector to ensure she doesn't miss out on invoice approvals. This way, she receives email reminders for all pending approvals until she approves them.

Pro Tip:
The time you choose is associated with the time zone you selected in My settings > Format settings. If you have not selected a local time zone setting, it will default to the Admin time zone settings.
