Refreshed workflow builder in Kissflow Processes

We are pleased to announce a significant update to the workflow builder in Kissflow Processes. This latest update will introduce a fresh and intuitive interface designed to enhance your workflow creation experience. Here are the changes:

Infinite canvas area

The workflow builder will feature an infinite canvas area, enabling seamless panning across the canvas. This provides a more expansive and adaptable workspace for designing complex process workflows. 

New side panel for configuring steps

We’re relocating the step configuration menu to a newly introduced right-side panel. This allows you to pan across the workflow while configuring the steps.

Indication labels

Each step type now includes a label indicating its type (Start, branch, and Goto), providing a clearer visualization of your workflow structure.

Unchanged workflow functionality

While the look and feel will be revamped for a more modern and user-centric experience, there will not be any changes to the underlying functionality of your existing process workflows or the builder. 

Expected date

Prepare for a more intuitive experience with Kissflow’s refreshed process workflow builder from the second week of May 2024.
