Updates to portal count definitions

To optimize platform performance and resource management, we’re updating how portals are counted in your account.

What’s changing

Currently, the 10-portal limit applies only to Live portals. Moving forward, your account's 10-portal quota will include Draft, Live, and Suspended portals combined.

Note:

If your total portal count across all three statuses exceeds 10, you cannot create new ones until you archive and reduce the count to 9 or lower.
