Coming soon: A new home for Kissflow Help center

You know the drill. You are halfway through building something, you hit a question, and suddenly you have three tabs open: one for the help article, one for the API reference, and one for a Community thread from two years ago that might be the answer. We wanted to fix that.

So we are moving our help documentation out of Community and into a dedicated Help center at kissflow.com/help. Help articles, API docs, and SDK guides now live under one roof, meaning less tab-juggling and more time getting your work done.

What is in Phase 1

  • Help, API, and SDK docs, together. Product guides, troubleshooting articles, API references, and SDK instructions all sit in one place. You can go from understanding a feature to building an integration or custom component without hopping between sites.

  • One search box for everything. Search across Help, API, and SDK content at once without guessing which section holds the answer.

  • The App journey. Next to the usual categories, a new App journey tab arranges guidance around the stages of building and running an app when you know where you are in the process.

  • Product updates, right next to the docs. Announcements, pre-release notes, and important notices live alongside the documentation.

  • A dedicated Knowledge base. We have gathered the most useful questions and fixes from the Community's Get help section into one searchable collection.

  • Sign-in for all users. Still under construction, but on the way.

Why we are doing this

For you, it means a more connected experience: product guidance and developer references side by side, with room for us to improve how you discover information and get help.

What is coming in Phase 2

  • Kiko - your AI sidekick and documentation assistant. Ask questions in plain language and get answers with links to the exact docs page you need.

  • A way to send feedback and queries from the site. Flag unclear steps or missing information directly on the page.

Your existing links will keep working

When the new Help center goes live, links to Community help articles, categories, and product announcements will automatically redirect to the matching page on kissflow.com/help as permanent redirects.

What happens to Kissflow Community

Kissflow Community is being retired. Here's what that means for you:

  • Existing threads: Threads will be permanently removed after the switch. All discussion threads are migrated to the knowledge base.

  • Posting: new posts and replies will stop by the first week of November 2026.

  • Member accounts: Member accounts will be archived.

  • Asking questions after that: In Phase 2, you'll be able to send queries straight from the new Help center.

Take it for a spin and tell us what you think

Explore the new Help center at kissflow.com/help and let us know:

  • Was it easy to find what you needed?

  • Was anything missing, or hard to follow?

  • What would make it more useful for you?

When it is happening

We are planning the switch for the first week of November 2026. Your old links will keep working, but we recommend updating your bookmarks to the new addresses.
