How to Reset Sequence Numbers in Kissflow Forms

Would you like to reset the sequence number field because a process item was submitted by mistake?

Here's a quick and easy way to reset the sequence.
Click More options > Settings > Sequence numbers > Reset

By default, the option shows to reset the value to 0. You can enter a value of your choice and click Reset.

How does it work?
Stark Corporation uses a process form for employee onboarding. During testing, the process admin accidentally submitted an item, creating a new entry with a new employee code. To fix this mistake, they reset the sequence number field.

Note: A sequence number is generated only on form submission in a data form.
