Update to managing connections for app integrations

The ability to reconnect connections directly from the All integrations page within apps has been removed. App admins and users will now need to manage connections exclusively via the Connections page within the app for better clarity and streamlined control. 

Key changes:

• The Connect option is no longer available on the Integrations page inside individual apps.

• Connection management, including reconnecting, must now be done from the Connections page specific to the app.

• This change will centralize connection management and provide a more consistent user experience.  

This change is limited to app integrations and will go live by the end of the first week of December 2024.
