Product Tip: What is the difference between deleting and deactivating a user in Kissflow?

Deactivating a user
When you deactivate a user from Kissflow, their license will be revoked but their data will be retained in the system.

Here’s what you should keep in mind while deactivating a user:

• The deactivated user’s flow items must be assigned to another user by the Flow Admin. 
• In case the deactivated user is a Flow Admin themselves, the new Flow Admin must be selected by the Super Admin. 
• An Account Owner cannot be deactivated and therefore, their ownership must first be transferred to another user.

To deactivate a user: Select the checkbox beside the user and then click Deactivate user(s). 

Deleting a user
Deleting users removes them from your account. When you delete users, you lose all the data associated with them.

To delete a user: Select the checkbox by the user and click Delete user(s).
