Product Tip: How to remove skipped workflow steps while printing a completed process item in Kissflow

When you print a process form in Kissflow, you can also print the list of workflow steps in the form, including the steps the item skipped.

Certain approval steps may be skipped in a workflow based on certain conditions. When a workflow step is skipped, you can choose not to include the skipped steps while printing a form.

To ensure that all skipped steps are removed while printing:

Click the Print icon, enable Progress and select Exclude skipped steps. This will remove the skipped steps while printing.
