Product Tip: How to integrate your Kissflow account with a Dropbox folder

We are back with a new initiative where we will be walking you all through a use-case, problem, and a Kissflow solution. 

Use case: During the year-end audit, your auditor will ask you to send all your approved invoices for tax filing purposes. 

Problem: All these invoices will be available as an attachment in Kissflow, and you may end up opening every item request to download these attachments, which will be time-consuming and challenging. Your auditor will most probably be a non-Kissflow user, which means you either have to give them access to Kissflow or end up downloading every approved invoice from the system.

Solution: You can automate this and make work easier by integrating Kissflow into your Dropbox folder; all the approved invoices from Kissflow will automatically be transferred to your Dropbox folder. You can share the folder with your auditor easily.
