Product Tip: How to comment on an item in a Kissflow process workflow

To add a comment in a workflow, go to the Process and open the item that has been submitted. You can add your comments in the comments tab present on the right. At any instance, you can't edit and delete your own comments.

To notify a person directly, you can tag a person using the @ symbol followed by the person’s name.

Note: You can only tag the person who is a part of that particular workflow step.
