Process Email Actions

We are happy to announce that the Email Actions feature in Process is now live.

Here is what you can expect from Email Actions:-

  1. Users can Approve or Reject items directly from their inboxes. They won’t have to leave their inbox or sign into Kissflow.
  2. This feature will be enabled by default, so Process admins need not enable it for each step in every process.
  3. If email actions aren’t required, Process admins can turn it off per process step or Super admins can turn off email actions at the account level. 

In addition to this, you can now add up to 18 fields inside notification cards for processes.

This feature is available for users of Kissflow Work Platform Corporate and above plans, and Kissflow Workflow Fully loaded plan. It also works with any email client you may be using.
