Product Tip: How to deactivate an inactive user or admin from your Kisslow account
Follow the below steps to deactivate an inactive user or admin from your account:
You need to have Admin access to deactivate a user from the account.
Click on your profile picture -> Account administration -> User management -> Manage users -> Select the checkbox beside the user and then click Deactivate. Once a user is deactivated, the count is automatically updated in the Inactive users tile. Inactive users are not allowed to sign in until their license is reactivated.
