Introducing a new addition to the Kissflow Integrations lineup: the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central connector. This connector allows real-time synchronization of crucial business data like purchase and sales orders, invoices, and vendor information between Kissflow and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, improving operational efficiency and accuracy.
You'll need a valid Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central account to use this connector. Once connected, you can perform actions like creating and finding customers and vendors, creating purchase and sales orders, and more.
Let's take a look at Pepper, who oversees the Sales Order process at Stark Corporation. After a sales order item receives approval in Kissflow, an automated process generates a sales invoice in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central account using the "Create a sales invoice" action. This integration allows Pepper to efficiently create sales orders in the 365 Business Central account immediately after approval in Kissflow.
