Custom actions remove the complexity of building HTTP connectors. Instead of looking up API endpoints and configuring JSON payloads, you simply tell AI what you want to do.

• Contextual nudge: If you search for a connector that isn't available, Custom actions will offer to help. You can also access this option directly from the HTTP connector.

  

• Prompt-to-spec: Type a natural language request like Create an action to archive a ticket in Jira.

• Auto-generation: AI generates the correct method (POST/GET), the endpoint, and the required payload fields automatically. It even generates real-time Swagger documentation for you.

• Instant preview: See exactly how the step will look in your integration before you finalize it.
