Enhancing Access Control in Kissflow: Introducing Roles and More in User Management!
We're excited to announce some significant changes to how access control functions within Kissflow. These changes are designed to offer you more flexibility and control over user roles and permissions.
Here's what's new:
Optional User Role Assignment: User role assignment is now optional. Users can be assigned multiple roles if needed, giving you greater control over access.
Introducing IAM Admin and App Store Admin Roles:
IAM Admin: This role manages access control within Kissflow and is responsible for security and user provisioning.
App Store Admin: This role oversees the App Store, ensuring apps are managed efficiently.
User Group Role Assignment: Now, you can add roles to user groups, and all group members will inherit these roles, simplifying management.
