Introducing New Enhancements in Kissflow Processes

We have introduced exciting enhancements in Kissflow Processes! These updates allow effective task prioritization with improved visibility and enhanced management of time-sensitive items.

Here’s what’s new and improved:

SLA Visibility: View due date indicators directly within the "Assigned Items" section on the web interface.

 

Filters for Overdue Items: Easily filter overdue items using basic and advanced filters in the "Assigned Items" section.

 

PWA Enhancements: 

• Workflow Step Filter:  Prioritize tasks by filtering critical workflow steps.  

• Deadline Filter: Sort items based on their deadlines for improved organization.  

Details View: The form details view now includes a due date indicator for Initiators, Admins, and Assignees.  

 

Alert for Overdue Items: Receive immediate alerts when accessing overdue assigned items.

Overdue and In-Due Toggle: Quickly access all overdue and upcoming items directly from the process homepage.  These enhancements are designed to streamline your workflow and ensure that important deadlines are met.
