Task Delegation for Super Admins

Super admins can now delegate future tasks of users who are out of the office or on vacation. Earlier, only users could create task delegations for themselves and no one else. This can be tricky if a user forgets to create a delegation before they leave. Super admins can now solve this problem by creating task delegations for the user.

Super Admins can find the Task Delegation menu under Account administration and can

• Delegate all the tasks of a user to another
• Delegate tasks from specific processes to different users
• Edit delegations set by other Super admins
• Override existing delegation set by the user

After a user joins back, they can review and cancel the delegation set by the Super admin and continue acting on items.

Note: Task delegation is only supported for Processes currently and is available in Kissflow Work Platform Corporate and above plans.
