Restricting the option to send back items in a process workflow

With this feature you can decide to limit the number of preceding steps in your workflow to which an item can be sent back from a particular step in your process.

This option allows additional control over the workflow. To enable this, turn on the toggle button and select the steps from the dropdown menu; the current step’s send-back functionality will then be limited to these steps.
