Important Announcement: Deprecation of Self-Serve Option in Kissflow Subscription & Billing

Dear customers,
We would like to inform you that there will be a forthcoming change affecting the self-serve support option within the Subscription and Billing section of Kissflow, specifically under the below plans.

  • KFDW - Free, Basic, Advanced, and Fully Loaded
  • KF WORKFLOW - Basic, Advanced, and Fully Loaded

Effective the end of March, we will be discontinuing the self-serve support feature for these plans.

What does this mean for you? 

Post this change, you will no longer be able to purchase additional user licenses on your own through the existing Manage plans button. Instead, you will find a new option labeled Chat for help.

If you require additional licenses, plan changes, or adjustments to billing frequency, simply click the Chat for help button located under Subscription details in the Subscription & billing section. This will connect you with one of our dedicated support executives, who will promptly guide you through the process and assist with any questions or concerns you may have.

Note: Following this change, you will no longer have access to the Card, Invoice, and Billing details on the Subscription and Billing page.
