Coming soon: Kissflow MCP - Work in Kissflow from your AI assistant

Acting on your Kissflow work means stopping what you are doing and opening Kissflow. Soon, you will be able to ask your AI assistant instead with Kissflow MCP.

 What is possible today

To complete a task, you open Kissflow, find it, and complete it there. The same goes for adding a comment, creating an item, or checking what is waiting on you. If you want an AI tool to help, it means copying information out and the result back in.

What will be possible with Kissflow MCP

MCP (Model Context Protocol) lets you connect an AI assistant such as Claude and ChatGPT to Kissflow. Once connected, you can ask it to complete a task assigned to you, create or update an item, add a comment, or tell you what is waiting on you.

The assistant acts within your own Kissflow permissions. Connecting one gives you no access you did not already have, and it reaches only what you can already open.

Admins keep control of the account. A Super Admin or an IAM Admin decides who can use an assistant and which processes and boards it can work in, and the audit log records what was done through an assistant, under the person it worked for.

Availability and release

MCP will be available to Enterprise plan customers in the middle of November 2026.
