Removal of field size in Field appearance settings from the Process’ Permissions tab

We're making changes to enhance the visual consistency and overall appearance of forms. By the end of September 2023, you won't have the option to change the field size under the Field appearance section of the permissions tab in Processes.

Reason for removing the feature

We have observed that varying field sizes resulted in layout inconsistencies and misalignment, impacting the overall aesthetics and user experience of the form.

Action required

No action is required at your end. From mid-September 2023, we will discontinue runtime and configuration support for this feature. The current configuration will automatically reset itself to the default field text sizes.

Note on other features

Despite the above-mentioned change, we'll keep supporting the color configurations under the Field appearance section of the Process’ Permissions tab.
