Upcoming changes to blank values in printed forms

Currently, when printing a form with blank values in its fields or table rows, N/A is printed by default. We understand that this behavior may not meet everyone's needs and can be confusing, as N/A could represent a valid value in some cases.

What’s changing?

To address this inconvenience, we’re introducing a small but significant change to enhance user experience. 

Going forward, blank fields in printed forms will remain blank, rather than displaying N/A.

Availability and support

This update is scheduled to roll out by the end of the third week of December 2024 and will be available to all Kissflow users. While it’s a minor change, we believe it will bring meaningful value to our customers.
