Product Tip: How can you activate users requesting to join your Kissflow account?

When external users request to join your Kissflow account, you will find the list of requests under the Join requests tab of the User management section. 

As an Account Admin, you can either approve or decline requests from external users requesting to be part of your Kissflow account. Here’s how you can do it.

1. Click your Profile picture > Account administration > User management.
2. Select Join requests, and you will get the list of users who have requested to join your account. 
3. Select the checkbox beside the user you want to activate and click Activate user(s).
