Introducing AI-Identified Sensitive Data in Kissflow Governance

We understand the importance of safeguarding your sensitive information, be it employee data or details of external parties like customers and vendors. To ensure we offer you data privacy and confidentiality, we have introduced AI-identified sensitive data to Kissflow Governance, designed to prevent unwanted exposure to your sensitive data.

Accessible in Kissflow governance, this AI-powered feature highlights potentially sensitive fields to help manage sensitive data in your Kissflow forms and protect the confidentiality of your data.

The AI classifies form data based on the names of the fields provided. If these names are changed, our system will update them in real-time. This way, you can always stay up-to-date and keep your data accurate.

AI-Driven Categories:

Our AI diligently categorizes sensitive data into three types:

  1. Personal Data: Information identifying a specific individual, such as names, addresses, and contact details.

  2. Confidential Data: Information that requires heightened security, including proprietary business information, financial data, and login credentials.

  3. Health Data: Information about an individual's physical or mental health, medical history, or treatment records.

Below is an example of a medical appointment form with fields such as Name, Contact Number, Symptoms, Blood Group, and more. When you click AI Identify, our AI analyzes the field names and adds the relevant categories for each field. In the GIF below, you can see that details like name and contact number are categorized as Personal, while medical information like symptoms and blood group are categorized as Health.
