Coming soon in Kissflow Apps: AI-assisted custom component builder

In Kissflow Apps, custom components make it possible to extend the user interface in and create tailored experiences for app users. Now, we’re making it easier for anyone, not just developers, to build custom page components.

We’re excited to introduce an upcoming AI-based component builder for page components. This enhancement will let you create custom page components using AI directly within the app builder interface.

 

Key features

• AI-powered component generation: Describe the component you want, and AI generates the component for you.
   
• Iterative refinement through chat: Improve and modify the generated component using a conversational workflow.
   
• Live preview: Instantly see how your component looks and behaves as it is generated or updated.
   
• Platform simulation: Preview how the component performs across web and mobile before publishing.

 

The existing component upload option now comes with a refreshed UI, while the workflow remains unchanged: upload a ZIP file, preview it in the app builder, and publish it as before.

With this enhancement, we aim to make creating page components faster and more accessible—helping builders move from idea to working component with ease.

Release timeline

This update will roll out by the mid of March 2026 and it will be available for customers under the Enterprise Work Platform plan.
