Important Announcement: Sunset of Kissflow Chat and Kissflow Spaces

As part of our goal to provide the simplest-to-use low-code platform, we have decided to discontinue Kissflow Chat and Kissflow Spaces. Chat and Spaces were great collaboration tools, but we’ve decided we can better meet your needs by focusing all our efforts on building an AI-powered Low-Code No-Code (LCNC) platform.

Please note the following schedule for the sunset of these services:

• Admin-only phase: Starting 20 December 2023, Kissflow Chat and Kissflow Spaces will transition to an admin-only mode. During this period, users will be able to access and view content but will not be able to create new content or modify existing content. However, admins can post communication. This will be useful for communicating transition plans or alternative arrangements.

• Read-only phase: Starting 15 January 2024, Kissflow Chat and Kissflow Spaces will transition to a read-only mode. During this period, all users, including admins, can access and view content but cannot create new content or modify existing content. 

• Service closure: Starting 1 July 2024, we will discontinue all functionalities of Kissflow Chat and Kissflow Spaces, rendering these services inaccessible. 

We understand this transition may pose challenges and are committed to supporting our users through this change. Our decision to sunset these services is a strategic step towards dedicating our resources and focus on building a more robust and innovative LCNC platform. Kissflow will be available in the Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, and Slack environments by Q1 2024 as part of this strategy. We are thrilled about the upcoming enhancements and possibilities, offering our users more options and an improved experience at their existing point of presence.
