Introducing Enhanced Global Search: Find App Items Directly with Kissflow

We are excited to announce the release of our latest enhancement to the Kissflow Global Search - the ability to search app items directly in the global search results. 

With this new feature, finding the app items you need is easier than ever. You can now search for app items directly through the global search. The app items will be displayed with their names and icons on the left. You can view the associated form by clicking on an app item from the search result.

Once you close the form, you'll remain on the same page where you initiated the search. This seamless transition ensures that you can pick up right where you left off, whether you're working with processes, boards, or app items. This persists even after refreshing the browser, using the back button, or closing the form. So you can search, view, and navigate with ease, knowing that your workflow will remain uninterrupted. The searchable app items will also enhance performance when accessing standalone process or board items. 

For example, let's say Natasha oversees the Inventory Management process at Stark Industries. She needs to retrieve details about a particular item from the Inventory Management board while working on a process. Natasha searches for the item directly from the Inventory Management process homepage, and when she finds it, the details open in a pop-up window. Once she closes the pop-up, she stays on the process homepage instead of landing on the Inventory Management board.
