Product Tip: How to restrict the creation of new flows in Kissflow

At times, you may see users creating new flows in your account because the ability to create new flows is extended to all users by default in Kissflow. Account Owners and Super Admins can control who can create new flows in Kissflow. Here's how you can restrict users from creating new flows:

1. Click your profile picture > Account administration > Flow settings.

2. Under Who can create a new flow?, choose the flow for which you want to restrict the creation of new flows. 
3. You will find three options when you click a flow: Anyone, Super Admin, and Anyone, after the approval of. Choose the User role that you’d like to grant access to and click Save.
