Admin alert: Password policy configuration - Now available

Account admins now have the flexibility to customize password policies for their account. With this feature, you can set rules for password length, complexity, history, and expiry.

What it does

• Lets you define the minimum number of characters required in a password.
• Lets you define rules for passwords, such as requiring uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, or special characters.
• Lets you to restrict users from reusing recent passwords.
• Lets you define password expiry timelines according to your account requirements.

Why it matters

This feature gives admins control and flexibility to tailor password policies to their account’s needs. You can always stick with the default settings provided by Kissflow or customize them to match your administrative preferences.
