New and improved lists in Kissflow Apps

We are excited to announce significant enhancements to how lists work in Kissflow Apps.

What’s new?

• New home for lists in apps

A new Lists section in the left navigation menu allows you to manage all the lists created in your app. You can review, edit, sort, and rename lists exclusively within the app builder.

• Now, you can create a new list directly from the left navigation menu in the app builder.

 

• You can still create lists through forms, and they will also appear in the left navigation menu for you to manage.

  

   

What has changed

• If any form in your app references lists from sources outside the app, the lists will no longer be functional.

• Externally created lists will not appear in the app builder and cannot be used in your app.

• This change will not affect lists referenced in apps that are already live and in the production environment.
