Coming soon - AI contextual search

We are enhancing the global search under the enterprise plan in our product, which will feature AI-powered contextual search. This upgrade makes it easier to find the right processes, boards, and datasets—simply by describing what you need.

What’s new

• AI contextual search for workflows: Just describe your workflow or task in plain language, and our AI will bring up the most relevant processes, boards, and datasets. This helps you find the right workflow even if you don’t remember the exact name.
• Filters added: You can now filter search results by Items, Flows, Apps, and Users to quickly narrow down what you’re looking for. 
• Recently accessed workflows from search: Your recent "search-accessed" flows appear by default, so you can easily revisit what you looked for earlier.

 
What to expect

• The appearance of the search results will look different as shown in the images above, because of these updates.

• More results will continue to work as before, and can be accessed to further filter into item-level results (shown below).

  

   

  Availability

  This upgrade to global search will roll out soon and is exclusively for enterprise plan. Meanwhile, please share your feedback and thoughts.
