Introducing Enhancements to Kissflow Public Forms
We've introduced new enhancements to public forms in Kissflow processes, allowing you to customize the end-user experience. Here's what's new!
Post Submission Actions:
You have more control over what happens after a user submits a form:
Show Confirmation Message: Create a custom message for users after form submission. You can edit the title and description to provide the next steps or a thank-you note. Optionally, include a button to redirect users to a specific URL.
Redirect to URL: Automatically redirect users to a chosen URL after they submit the form.
Customizable Message for Inaccessible Form:
If a public form is disabled, customize the description to explain why it's unavailable. You can also add a button to direct users to your preferred page.
Form Customization:
You can now preview and customize your public form's title and choose a background color that aligns with your brand. Additionally, you can display your account's logo for a more professional look.
For example, when creating a public form—like for event registration—you can set a custom confirmation message for users after they submit their details, providing them with event information or a link to download a ticket.
When registration closes, you can display a message letting users know the event is closed or redirect them to a page with similar upcoming events.
