Introducing Enhancements in SAML Configuration for Smoother Setup and Control

Dear Kissflow Community,

Exciting news about Kissflow’s SAML configuration! We've heard your feedback and addressed the challenges you faced while configuring Azure AD and Kissflow. 

We've refined the setup process for SAML configuration to ensure a seamless experience. No more worrying about mismatched orders, extra spaces, or incorrect slashes while pasting the configuration setup and SAML signing certification – it's just a click away. We've got you covered!

Smoother Setup: We've streamlined the setup process to make things more convenient for you. 

• Downloading metadata is a click away – in your Kissflow account, select Download metadata, then upload it to Azure AD.
• Upload the downloaded Azure AD Federation Metadata XML file in Kissflow by clicking Upload XML file.

 

All fields under IdP Configuration will be automatically populated, ensuring a seamless setup experience. And that's not all – for existing users who've completed the setup, data auto-populates in Kissflow's SAML configuration.

Visual Enhancement: Beyond the smoother setup, you'll notice a subtle yet impactful UI improvement, enhancing your interaction with Kissflow.

Email Notifications: Super Admins can now choose whether to send email notifications or not for SSO providers when enabling and disabling. This provides more communication control, allowing you to decide if users should be notified when SSO changes.
