Live now: Admins can reopen and send back process items

Need to revisit a completed or rejected process item? Process admins can now reopen an item and send it back to a previous process step without creating a new one.

When you reopen an item, it becomes in progress at the selected step, allowing the workflow to continue from that point. This enhancement gives Process admins greater flexibility to correct mistakes, request rework, or restart part of a workflow while maintaining a complete audit trail.

We recommend Process admins to use this feature cautiously, as sending back items re-triggers associated integrations for the selected step.
