Admin Actions in Kissflow Work Platform

It’s raining new releases at Kissflow this week!

Kissflow Admins  have a lot of unique tasks to complete, such as approving a new process or reassigning tasks of deactivated or deleted users. However, earlier there wasn’t a single place to see all of these tasks together. 

We are introducing a new Admin actions tab in the global My Items section as a one-stop solution for all your administrative actions. 

When you click on this section, you can:

• approve or reject process or board creation requests
• assign admins to flows without admins
• accept join requests to your account

Process admins can also utilize this page to reassign items from deactivated or deleted users. With this new functionality, admins can see all of their tasks in one place, ensuring that their tasks are never overlooked and increasing governance efficiency.
