The all new customizable homepage is live now! Whether it’s tracking items due today, monitoring requests, or keeping an eye on reports, you’re in control of what you see first!

Highlights to explore

• Widget gallery with drag-and-drop layout – Browse the widget gallery and add widgets that suit your work. Rearrange them with a simple drag-and-drop interface to build your own personalized dashboard.

• Default widgets – By default, your homepage comes with five key widgets: Items in your queue, Items created by you, Recently accessed, Tagged comments, and My to-do. You can add more to suit your workflow.

• Flow-specific widgets – Along with standard widgets, these let you bring in tasks, items, or reports from a particular flow, giving you deeper visibility into flows that matters most.

• User access requests and flow creation requests – This one is for the admins, stay on top of access requests with dedicated widgets. The Access requests widget lets you act on user requests to join your account, while the Flow creation requests widget helps you review and approve new flow creation requests.

• AI auto suggest – Let AI help. Widgets can be auto-suggested based on your activity, saving you setup time. If the suggestions don’t cover what you’re looking for, you can simply type a prompt. AI will then bring up the most relevant widgets, already configured, so you just need to review and place them where they fit best.

• Widget limits – Your homepage can hold up to 15 widgets in total, with a maximum of 3 report widgets.
