Introducing External Data Object in Kissflow Apps

Kissflow Apps users often require access to data from external systems. Previously, there were challenges in importing data from external platforms to Kissflow. 

We're excited to announce our latest feature, External Data Object, which enables Kissflow Apps users to directly access data from external systems without storing it in Kissflow. This means you can now effortlessly access data from third-party systems and integrate it into your Kissflow App without hassle.

Once you've set up an external data connection, you can configure corresponding external data to make it accessible to various modules in your app's data layer, including Processes, Boards, and Data forms.

Using the current lookup field, you can look up data from an external system through the external data object you have set up. Moreover, Integrations offers an external data connector that enables you to send, update, or read data from the external system with ease.

Please note that this feature is currently available for MySQL only. We will eventually implement it with other third-party connectors based on user requirements.
