Product Tip: How to transfer ownership of your account in Kissflow

In Kissflow, only the current Account Owner can transfer ownership. 
Who is an Account Owner?

The Account Owner is the person who created the Kissflow account. They can access high-level administrative features like User management, Subscription & billing, Apps, and Reports. An account can have only one owner, but at any point, they can transfer ownership to a Super Admin. An account can have multiple Super Admins.

1) To transfer the account ownership, go to Account administration > Account settings > Account Owner and click Change.

2) Choose a Super Admin user from the pop-up that appears and click Confirm. 

After your confirmation, the ownership will be transferred to the Super Admin you selected. You will no longer be the Account Owner until someone transfers the ownership to you. However, you will continue to be the Super Admin in the account.
