Product Tip: How to auto-populate the previous step name in a Kissflow process form

To auto-populate the previous step name in a Kissflow process form, create a text field called Previous step name and toggle the 'Is this a computed field?' field to 'Yes' to enable it. Enter the formula lastCompletedStep().name() in the Formula tab, and click Done. Go to Permissions, set the visibility as Hidden for the Previous step name Text field, and click Go live.

When you open the form and proceed to the next steps in the workflow, the previous step name will be auto-populated in the form.
