Dataforms overview

In Kissflow Apps, a dataform allows you to collect and store data. In other words, it allows users to submit data to your application. As a result, forms become one of the primary points of engagement between your users and your application. Unlike process forms, dataforms don't have any workflow steps or step assignment logic. Thus, they can be used for simple data capture.

Common dataform examples:

  • Asset request form
  • Warehouse availability form
  • Lead acquisitions form
  • Event participant list
  • New email subscriber form
