Introducing Edit Role Permission in Kissflow Dataforms

We're thrilled to announce the latest feature in Kissflow Apps - the "Edit" role permission for data forms. This new addition allows you to manage user access and actions within your app with greater precision, ensuring the security and integrity of your data.

With the "Edit" role permission, you can grant specific roles the ability to create, read, and update entries while limiting the deletion of data. This feature has been designed to meet your evolving needs and provide you with the flexibility to allow users to perform any operation on data except deletion.

Kissflow app developers can now set access privileges at the dataform and view levels. For example, at the dataform level, users can control and interact with data across the dataform without deletion rights. Whereas, at the view level, users can only manage the data filtered inside the view. The "Edit" permission is role-based and adapts dynamically to users' roles, automatically adjusting the user interface to match their privileges.

With the "Edit" role permission, you can streamline workflows, manage data efficiently, and maintain security.
