Avoid Errors and Failed Actions in Integrations by Using Sample Data

When setting up an integration for new flows in Kissflow, it is common to encounter an error while trying to test the action.
In such cases, you can fix the error using the Use sample data option in integrations.

How does it work?
Let's consider Sarah, who is setting up an integration for a new asset management process. During action testing, she encounters an error message stating, "The item, SampleInstance001, could not be located within Asset Management." This message appears when no item is found in the workflow for the intended action. Sarah leverages the Use sample data option to address this issue, seamlessly resolving the error.

Pro Tip: After using the sample data, you can proceed to the next step by clicking Done instead of retesting the action.
